Cancellation of an Order:

All orders/ products which are personalized/customized cannot be cancelled.

• For other non-personalized/ customized orders, kindly mail at support@antrangimej.com or atrangimej@gmail.com within 24hrs of placing the order with your order ID. Our support team will
  confirm the same. If cancellation is confirmed, your money will be refunded in 6 to 7 working days.

Refund Policy:

WE ACCEPT NO REFUNDS ,ONLY EXCHANGE.

Customer can choose to get a replacement in the cases below:

• If the product is defective,
• If the product is damaged or
• If the wrong product is delivered.

In above cases if customer wants a replacement and a replacement is possible, I will bear all shipping charges involved.
